Photo & Media Rights

Loving Care Day Nursery may capture photos and videos of children during daily activities and special events for educational, documentation, and promotional purposes.

Parental consent is obtained prior to the use of any images for public or marketing purposes. Families may opt out at any time by notifying the center in writing.

All images remain the property of Loving Care Day Nursery and/or its designated photographer. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of images without permission is prohibited.
