Our Educators
At Loving Care Day Nursery, our educators are dedicated, experienced, and passionate about early childhood development. Our team meets all licensing requirements and includes staff who have obtained their Child Development Associate (CDA) credentials and other relevant early childhood education qualifications.
We maintain appropriate staff-to-child ratios in accordance with District of Columbia regulations to ensure each child receives attentive, individualized care and supervision.
All staff are trained in CPR, first aid, and health and safety procedures, and participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
With a diverse and multilingual team, we create an inclusive environment where children from all backgrounds feel supported, valued, and understood.

Ms. Luzbella Nogar
Ms. Luzbella Nogar is the dedicated Director of Loving Care Day Nursery, where she has played a vital role in supporting children and families for 16 years. With a strong background in early childhood education, she is committed to providing a nurturing, safe, and enriching environment for every child in her care.
Ms. Nogar leads with compassion, experience, and a deep understanding of child development. She works closely with staff and families to ensure that each child receives the attention, guidance, and support they need to grow and thrive.
Her passion for early education and dedication to quality care continue to shape the positive experience that Loving Care Day Nursery provides every day.
